RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund according to the terms outlined below.

OVERVIEW

Mr. Winey strives to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the process and conditions for returning products purchased from our website or other sales channels.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Upon receiving your product, you should immediately inspect it for any damages. If you find any damages or defects, please notify us immediately at info@mrwiney.com.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mrwiney.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos of the product (especially if damaged)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address via email. We do not publicly list our return address for security and logistical reasons.

Please note:

  • You will be responsible for all return shipping charges for non-defective items
  • We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping method to mail your return
  • The return shipping address will be provided to you after your return request is approved
  • We do not offer exchanges; you may return an item for a refund and place a new order if desired

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund.

Refund Method:

  • All refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the account information you provide
  • We do not issue refunds to credit/debit cards or through other payment methods
  • You will be asked to provide the necessary banking information for the refund to be processed

We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

RESTOCKING FEE

A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns of non-defective items. This fee covers our shipping and storage costs associated with the return process.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  1. Contact us immediately at info@mrwiney.com
  2. Include photos of the damage and a description of the issue
  3. We will provide specific return instructions based on the brand and product

For defective or damaged products:

  • No restocking fee will be applied
  • Most brands offer either a free replacement (same product) or a partial refund percentage if you choose to keep the damaged item
  • The exact resolution process varies by brand and will be communicated during your return request

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Made-to-Order Items
  • Custom Items (including custom wine cellars and other products specifically created for you)

These non-refundable items wil be clearly displayed as such on their respective product pages.
